Lucas Pouille fears for his tennis career after full Achilles rupture during ATP Challenger final
He was unable to continue against Arthur Bouquier in the final in Lille, with Bouquier leading 6-3, 3-5 at the time.

Pouille later revealed on social media that tests showed a full rupture of his Achilles. "I'm going to have surgery in the next few days and do everything I can to come back," he wrote.
