On Saturday, home-court advantage was the main theme as local favorites shined. The hard courts saw two teen sensations claim their maiden WTA doubles trophy, while a top seed triumphed at a tournament he attended as a kid. These are the Top 5 photos from an entertaining day of play.

1. In a semifinal match that had everything including fake drop shots, tweeners, underhand serves, advice from the crowd and a special shoe delivery among other things, Nick Kyrgios saved a match point to prevail over his doubles partner for this week, Stefanos Tsitsipas, 6-4, 3-6, 7-6 (7).

2. After bowing out of the Citi Open semifinals, Caty McNally joined fellow American teen Cori "Coco" Gauff to lift the women's doubles trophy in Washington, D.C. It was their first trip, respectively, to a tour-level main-draw final.

3. Playing in the last clay-court event of the season, home favorite Dominic Thiem thrilled the crowd in Kitzbuhel, Austria by toppling Albert Ramos-Vinolas, 7-6 (0), 6-1. The fourth-ranked 25-year-old did not drop a set all week.

"It is absolutely incredible, one of my biggest dreams since I play tennis," said Thiem, adding he always wanted to win the event since visiting the venue as a 6-year-old.

4. Unseeded Zheng Saisai continued to make noise in San Jose, CA. The 25-year-old Chinese, who previously eliminated eighth-seeded Danielle Collins in the second round and fourth-seeded Amanda Anisimova in the quarterfinals, defeated seventh-seeded Maria Sakkari, 7-6 (5), 6-2, to punch her ticket to the final.

5. American Jessica Pegula advanced to her second WTA final after overcoming qualifier Anna Kalinskaya, 6-3, 3-6, 6-1, in Washington D.C. Pegula, who is set to improve upon her career-high ranking of No. 71 as a result of reaching the title match, will face Camila Giorgi for the title.
