The ITIA said it reached an agreement with Brooksby to shorten the ban from 18 months to 13 and backdate it to when his third missed test happened.

"Whoever made that decision does not care about the players' mental health," Brooksby wrote Wednesday on social media.

The former world No. 33 is "very disappointed" with Tuesday's outcome and intends to appeal the decision.
